Wish the bar could be long enough to accommodate 24' between studs.

This was a twisted bracket when mounting up. Did not hang straight

I bought a full motion wall mount for less. Returned this one.

Geek Squad was able to utilize my existing mount fro a smaller TV.

I needed to install the wall plate over three studs however the plate was just not wide enough (only 30" vs 40" needed). Sanus needs to make a version with 40" width. I searched and bought another one with 40"+ plate and 6 lag bolts. Other than this, it's a very good mount.

The mount I received goes crooked without me adjusting anything. I have to grab a step stool and adjust it every few days, as my TV is slanted at a down angle. Really sucks to have guests over and that’s the first thing they notice.

I purchased the wall mount in combination with a TV. when making the purchase I picked a delivery date (for both). to my surprise the wall mount was delivered a week early. not a big deal, until I find out the TV is no longer available.

Needed 3 people to install this mount. Very expensive.

Looks terrible. Around 5 to 6 inches away from the wall. Get the full tilt and swing from sanus. These vertical scissor mounts are like having a 2 ton jack against the wall.

It took me two months to get my TV delivered and it finally came and it had big dents and scratches on it and I don't know when I will get my TV now which had to reordered and I have an empty bracket on my wall

This wall mount was to heavy for my wall along with the weight of my 70 inch tv. I was willing to take the risk of losing a tv and a big portion of the wall. End result: I returned the wallmount.

I used this mount for a 55" visio weighing 65 lbs. I didn't need swivel, but wanted tilt since it was being mounted relatively high over a fire place mantel. Geek Squad installed it quickly and perfectly. They wore booties, vacuumed sawdust after drilling holes, and had spare screws in the truck when two screws that came with the mount were defective. Should subtract one star for defective screws, but Geek Squad made up for it, so added the star back. After install, was very happy that I got the tilt...makes a huge improvement to tv viewing.

I requested a refund which was approved on this product. However it has been two days and still do not have the proceeds. Was told by BestBUy it could take up to 3 days. ROBBERY!!!

I returned this because with the flush to wall mounts you can't get your hands or tools behind the tv. Best Buy's tv mounts are overpriced, had to buy the full tilt mount at Walmart.
