    I'm subtracting a star for the shipping. It took something like 11 days to get here because the address was "undeliverable" to UPS and they just never told me or delivered it. I submitted a claim with UPS saying my package never showed and they didn't get back to me. I called three different Best Buy numbers before corporate was like we will send you a new one. It got here in two days, no problem. Same address by the way. The actual product was fine, I mounted my 65" LG OLED CX on it no problem. One recommendation: when they say to drill holes with the template on the wall, do it. Also, check that your wall fits the requirements of this mount.

    The tv bracket was installed by the Geek Squad - they did a great job. The tv can move side to side but it's not an easy shift - you have to have some muscle behind it.

    The Sanus Tilt TV Wall Mount is great. It tilts up and down and right and left for ease of viewing. Is very easy to install with 4 large lag bolts to screw into the wall studs. It's easy to attach the pivot rack to the flat screen. They give you many sets of screws to make sure you have the right attachments for any large TV you might have.
