    So there are plastic tabs that need to be pulled down simultaneously with lifting the TV off of the tv mount. This is absurd and an unnecessary design element. It does hold the Tv and it was cheap. I’d buy something else though unless you have 4 arms.

    I am sure this product is top of the line. Especially from what the guys of Geek Squad said to me when they were at my home doing the install. However, they determined the wall mount already in use was more than good for the install they were doing and I could return this product for a refund. Now, can you be more honest than that!! Nope.
