Installation inadequate

You need to send them back to hang the new 65” Samsung 8k TV with the correct walk mount. They put it on the old tv mount which does not allow the screen to be tilted to deflect some screen glaring reflections out of the eyes of viewers, us. No one explained that the no glare Matt finish on our old tv had vanished in favor of all screens being glossy/reflective, which makes for very unsatisfactory viewing. It’s now very obvious why your marketers advised to get and use the new mount that tilts! Please have your workers kindly return and hang the expensive TV properly. Thanks, Duane Samples. TV delivered on the 7th.
