    I was not satisfied with the amount of extension. The box makes it look like it extends enough to plug in your equipment and that is just not true. I am an older adult and had a hard time finding someone to install. I thought I had 30 days to return which is most store's normal policy....wrong! IF you only have 15 days to return something and that is shorter than most stores, you must tell the customer up front at the checkout. That is the only honest way to do it. Now I am stuck with a tv mount I do not like....mostly because I could not get anyone to help me with the purchase. Never again, Best Buy. You have lost a loyal customer. Ridiculous. Buyer beware!!
