Had to get a mirror in one hand to see what I needed on the back. The vertical tilt adds no real value in my opinion.

Thank you for your feedback. This model does extend out 5" and the amount of swivel (horizontal tilt) will vary then on the amount you have this extended and the size of your TV. Compared to most other tilt mounts, this will give you the most accessibility, but a full motion mount will provide the greatest access for cable management. So you can set the tv and then move it to add a connection and you have to start all over. Overall good. Mounts easy and just a little shaky with a 70" that weighs 90 pounds.

But it lacks a lot of use as the only option Best Buy/Geek Squad provide for brick mounting. Our brick situation this mount was unusable, the return was very easy.

Had to offset the mounting device because of the spacing. House studs are 16" centers and the device is set up for 24" centers. Not a big deal, it works, my mount just isn't centered with the TV.

I called the installation line and was informed that I would have to pay nearly $150.00 to have someone come to my house to set it up. It is still in its box.
