It holds my 65 inch flat screen. Could have been a little easier to set up had trouble calculating how high it should be since I was unable to get the information from the website.

Mounted easily and has tilt so you can look straight into TV. Could use a little more space between TV and wall. Difficult to add more inputs after mounted.

Called. Gave them model number of tv. They found that it needed some screw that didn’t come with unit. Still waiting for them to arrive. Should have been here by now.

Works as advertised, but doesn't always feel secure when tilting the tv. The arms themselves are loose by design and don't seem secure as though they need to be tightened when they don't.

I had a professional put this in, but could never get the tilt correct. It worked okay, but for the money, I wish it had been easier to mount and adjust.

This is a Christmas gift so we will know soon how well we like it. We already have two other mounts in the house that we absolutely love!! Such a space saver!! I def recommend these!!

The mount works fine, but I thought it was going to have more options for tilting/moving and it only moves about an inch from the wall - other than that, no complaints!

There is nothing wrong with the mountings that I purchased. However, the geek squad representative was very weak in communication. They could not do the job properly that I requested and although he made an attempt to explain the situation, he should have just told me he couldn't make it work. I ended up spending another $500 To get the work done properly. Very disappointed. He didn't even set up my tv , unlike the last guy that did everything for me.

This is not about the product, but the service… I made a purchase with my BestBuy Citi credit card on a 24-month installment plan. However, the full balance appeared on my next statement and was paid next month. Multiple Customer Service representatives at Citicards said I should calculate the 1/24 piece of the amount myself and instruct the system to pay only that, along with my other expenses on the card, or I should change my monthly payment instructions to “minimum balance.” Both options were meaningless; all banking operations are fully automated globally today, and I shouldn’t need to interfere with calculating monthly installments on my credit card, or all consumers must be spending time each month to calculate theirs, no matter how many purchases they make on similar plans. And I can’t change my autopay instructions for the “minimum due amount,” taking the risk of interest expense on my total spending, even if the particular purchase from BestBuy was on promotional grounds. Worst of all, neither BestBuy nor Citibank takes responsibility, and you cannot reach a decent authority with capacity to overview and understand the situation.

After I bought this tilt TV wall mount, I realized, I needed the full-motion. I didn't even open the box. Full motion worked out much better!

It is not so hard to install but when I saw the cheapest ones at the other stores I felt like I should’ve searched around more before I bought it

Not bad, but not my favorite mount. I wish it was a little more sturdy when pulled out. And I should have gotten one with a little less depth.

Doesn’t work for hisense 85 in even though the Best Buy app recommends it so now I am watching tv on my floor why a wait for the right mount.

Would love to give this item 5 stars but it fell short of the mark. Would like to see the minimum size go from 40 in to 45 inches

Outstanding TV mount how was the TV great at any angle and you can turn it either right or left no issues no problem will recommend

This wall mount is not the best I've ever had. Perhaps it's due to the fact that it's moveable, but it never seems to sit level. It's a little disappointing watching tv that way.

I was supposed to get my TV delivered and installed today and and ALL UR GUYS BROUGT WAS 2 WALL MOUNTS WITHOUT MY TV I AM BEYOND FURIOUS AND I CANT EVEN SPEAK TO LIVE AGENT TO GET THIS DONE BY TOMORROW IF I COULDA TALKED TO A PERSON TONIGHT I WOULD PAY WHAT EVER THE COST TO GET MY TV TOMORROW ...... IM DISGUSTED WITH U GUYS SERVICE I MEAN THIS IS BEYOND unacceptable

Honestly it sticks out from the wall way too far for us based on the shape and set up of our room. Would only recommend if the is a wall that you can't see from any other direction...

So many screw options it was kind of crazy. I understand why it is packaged this way. Adding a sound bar made it more challenging also.

the only reason I paid so much is because I needed to have it installed by geek squad. otherwise I would recommend going online and searching much cheaper.
