We installed it in a bedroom, about shoulder height. It was possible to bump it and move the monitor on the wall bracket. I don't think it would have fallen, but it was disconcerting to have it move. Also accessing the monitor connections was much more difficult than an arm full motion mount.

Thank you for taking the time to review. If your TV is properly installed and within the recommended weight limit of 150lbs you can rest assured this will remain safely installed. All SANUS mounts are UL listed, meaning that they have been tested to hold up to 4x the recommended weight limit. In the future, if you need more space we would recommend our BLF full motion series of mounts.
