Finally figured out that they didn't turn power on to dishwasher

Not as stable as I’d hoped

It seems to not be stable when I place the tv at a certain angle it will slowly creep back to another angle. If I place the tv a different angle it slowly creeps back to that one angle that it always goes to. I expected something at this price to not be this weak
