We ended up having to go buy screws to make it actually secure English on the wall to put the TV on it. Also there are not markings on the risers to ensure the TV is level, it took multiple tries to get it right.

It only comes out a little bit and no side-to-side turn ability, so it's really hard to get access to the ports/plugs in the back. I thought for this expensive price it would do more. Unfortunately it did not get mounted until after the 2 week return period, so i'm stuck with it. I've bought another one on Amazon for a fraction of the price of this and it's much better. This one will just get thrown away since it can't be returned (i didn't realize it was such a short return window.

Because it does not adjust stiffly, it’s hard to set and maintain the TV to the exact position you want. It also sits a lot further from the wall (about 6”) than I expected.
