Basic wall mount...easy to install..................

Good product but more exspensive than on-line options

Geek Squad installed this with a new tv with an existing setup (previous tv mounted and wires in the wall) with a new mount. Geek Squad left with all the wires hanging outside the wall and told me, get this, it was not legal to feed the wires back into the wall. I also paid for surround sound (whole house sound) to be set up. They said they did not know how to do this, I called several times for follow up and no return calls. Disappointed in Stafford, VA Geek Squad as we had the same set up in another state where we moved from and we could not have been happier with the service and set up.

Bought this mount to hang my black Friday trophy, a 65" smart TV. I was nervous about hanging it and was happy to find excellent instructions and videos. The height finder tool was great, I was going to hang the the TV like a picture, but the height finder suggested a height much lower than I thought and it was perfect. It took about 20 minutes to hang and the tilt and extension functions work easily and perfectly. Overall this mount is perfect!

The wallmount itself is great but the process of putting it up, and attaching the TV was horrible. The directions make no sense. Spent about an hour and a half out trying to get the mount on the wall.

Too difficult to install. Directions make it seem easy but does not mention that you should orient your tv prior to installing. It attached to my tv at the lower end of the tv and when I installed it hit the ceiling

This is something that was not explained to me when I purch purchased the unit the prior television was so much more and therefore was mounted at the hype that was acceptable and the bracket to not interfere with the location

This product is sitting at my house. I'm disputing the charge. It seems that when you buy a tv with Geek squad installation, you can spend hours on the phone without ever speaking to anyone that knows, or cares what's going on. They turf-out your install to a third party that doesn't want to do it. Your tv is then lost, and out of stock. You spend hours cancelling your order, then find out you can't return the mount kit because it's been 15 days since it was purchased. Buy from an on line retailer and take your chances.

It broke when we attached the tv. We lived an hour away from the nearest Best Buy and in the process of moving. By the time we could return it, it was past the return window.

It seems to work well, but I know that these products are very overpriced and when I tried to return it I was informed of the 14 return policy, which I think is ridiculous. Never used the item and can't return it?

Was sold this mount by a team member at the store to go with the Samsung television that I bought (at best buy). This doesn't even have hardware long enough to mount the television without buying extra hardware. Not too mention that the threads on the bolts supplied were covered in paint as well, making them hard to thread into anything. Not a good recommendation for an now Samsung q60 or q70. On sale for Christmas from 140 down to 70. Replaced with a 20 dollar mount from Amazon.

TV is not square. It sticks out 1 inch more on left side. Wall is flat but the bracket and TV slant to one side. This was my second choice but was delivered to me in error. I took it so not to delay install.

Did not like my tv acted as if it was going to fall off the wall to way to much movement so went and bought fixed instead and now satisfied much better

I bought the product few months ago when it was on sale and hadn't opened it until yesterday only to find that its missing certain part. I am stuck with a non returnable item which is totally useless piece of metal. I am going to try calling best buy and sanus to rectify the problem. I remember when receiving the box of shipped part it was ripped. I assumed it should be okay since it was a metal piece. Lesson learned: Make sure you open the item within the returnable period.

I usually don't do reviews but I will this time as purchasing a TV and mounting bracket from BB was the worst purchasing experience in my life. 1) Product never got delivered and it said it did 2) Customer support is horrible at best, a re-ship of the bracket that never got put through, over 2.5 hours on the phone waiting, talking, chats to finally get an answer and a credit back for the bracket. You can't pay me to ever purchase from you again.

This product is not special- we had to remove the mounted tv a week after installing to repair a hole in wall caused by the installation, and one of the release tabs snapped off. Annoying.

The kit gives you a lot of different size screws however non fit in length. To use it you have to use plastic spacers and I didn’t feel that is very secure.

I had to put the brackets on bacward for my tcl TV. swapping brackets put tension knobs really close to each other so not easy to reach.

Not good. Didn’t hold my 65” as expected. Ripped my wall and it was installed professionally
