Buy a telescoping one instead

I purchased an extended warranty and instead of having a defective TV replaced BBY made the decision to repair it. An out of town part was required and the repair person is unable to come a time inconvenient to him. Meanwhile, I have no TV service. I am not happy. If this doesn't get corrected soon I will contact corporate.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - INSTALL

Two months later and the "insurance" damage claim remains unresolved. Best Buy is quick to take your money but can't be bothered to give it back once they ruin your electronics. Do Not do business here.

Thanks for reaching out. A tilting mount provides up and down tilt. If you are looking for the ability to swivel left and right, a full-motion mount is what you will want.
