It fits "most" not all tvs in the size range. I managed to have purchased one of the few this did NOT fit. Could not attach to the back of the television. Had to box it back up and hand deliver to a store to exchange for one that actually fit my television.

I find everything about my experience with you guys unacceptable. I will let everybody know never to go to Best Buy. Education is the most important thing on products, and no one sold me anything I needed opposite of my TV

The Geek Squad didn't show up on the promised installation day (despite multiple phone assurances the day before and that day that they would). Now I have another appointment for installation for early January. Wonder if they'll show up?

I am sorry that you are having difficulties pulling the TV out. You should be able to pull this out safely with two hands on either side of the TV. If you are still having issues, please call our team at 800-359-5520 and we can walk you through it.

The bolts were all too long and it just didn’t sit right on the TV itself. Going to the website to see what match they would recommend for the TV.....My TV wasn’t even listed. Would not recommend this product
