Missing Hardware, Great Overall

However, when attempting to install, there were multiple pieces of hardware missing from the kit. We had to run to Home Depot in order to complete the mount installation.

I loved the concept of this, but in the end, I still had to take my TV down to make all my cabling/wiring connections. I simply don't feel that the function of this justifies the additional cost of this mount.

On the day that Geek Squad were here, we had the box opened and realized that the mount itself is too bulky, no wonder it is being called 'advanced TV mount'. We just used our Rocketfish mount (it looks sleek and won't make your TV protrude too much from the wall), and returned this wall mount after that.

Posted .Hello Joshall, While I'm glad you still found a mount that works, I'm sorry that you feel that it is too bulky for your setup. Rest assured that this item is UL listed, meaning it will withstand up to 4x the recommended weight limit to make sure that you and your TV remain safe.

There is no accountability anymore. Just a money grab with little care about cultivating a lifelong customer.

So I got two. In the TV instructions, it says to use ONLY M6x16 screws (4 each - 8 total). But did the Wall Mount come with the right screws? NOPE! I had to go to Lowes and purchase screws for both wall mounts. I guess the "most" in the product's title: Wall Mount For Most 42" - 90" TVs should be taken with a grain of salt...
