It was easy to install. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of five is be careful on the release. My father in law broke one side not pulling straight down on it and being to forceful trying to remove.

It is a solid product that tilts and gives enough space when pulled out to connect items to the ports in the back of the TV.
