||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great wall mount and the only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is because the manufacturer did not provide me with proper screws to mount this with my brand new Sony X800 HD TV. I had to take my valuable time and go to Home Depot and purchase the proper width in screws with two approximate lengths of screws to attach the Sanus wall mount to my TV. I found it unbelievable that after spending $200 on this wall mount that Sanus could not have the foresight to place the proper screws into the box. So I had to spend about an hour and a half talking with the Home Depot people, finding the right section of the store, the right screw section, and then the two approximate sizes (4 screws of each size), and thankfully one of the sizes I purchased at Home Depot worked. I am still mad about the wasted time. But I had to mount the TV to the wall and so I had to get this done. But it is a great wall mount and works perfect. Sanus: PUT ALL THE NECESSARY SCREWS INTO THE BOX FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. OKAY?
