I like that you can adjust the tv after so if it's not level it's easy to do. Very sensitive if you hook up cables after leveling it so I would hook those up first then level the tv.

Other than not being able to turn it, I don't have any other issue with this mount and would purchase it again if I mount a tv that doesn't need to be turned in any direction.
