The tilt option is a great help. The only reason why I returned it is I need a height adjustable one because my Fireplace is too high.

Great TV Mount with Up/Down and Left/Right Tilt

This mount is perfect. I have a 75" TV, so don't really need to move it, but for access to connections in back and for slight adjustment I wanted to be able to move it a little. This mount allows tilt up/down and left/right, maybe about 15 degrees each way. Sturdy mount and hold my 75" TV without any issue.
