Really a complaint

This part is great, but the story is that if you call 2 days before your install date, and want another bracket, for another tv, just thrown on the truck and handed to me, you have to reschedule your install for a week later. Can anyone explain this ?? I mean walk to area in store, pick up, and put on my pile. Reschedule. Pretty dumb
