Took me an hour or so. You're going to need a socket wrench and a way to find studs in your wall. The included hardware relies on studs if mounted on sheetrock, but includes anchors for brick walls. After installing, it's clear this thing and my 55" TV aren't going anywhere. Definitely built to last, and easy to adjust the tilt, etc.

Nice mount for large TVs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to move away from having the TV sat on a TV stand as wall mounting looks neater. I also wanted a mount that would take a larger screen size when I upgrade eventually. This mount works well for the price. It is super easy to install and the 5.75" extension makes getting the cabling plugged in etc even easier. Right now I have a curved Samsung 55" and will likely upgrade to a 75" next year, which this mount can handle no problem. Quality feels good too.

We purchased it to avoid the light from the window from seeping in and distorting the picture. The tilt feature gives us just enough angle to avoid the intrusive sunlight. It pulls out from the wall about 6+inches.
