All went extremely well with exception that even after mounting tightly into metal studs (that were 24" apart in my offices) there was still some obvious "bowing" out from the wall of about 1/2" in the middle of the rectangular bracket after the TV was hung. I will probably add a couple of molly bolts in the middle of the bracket for added stiffness and security. Online positioning tool was very helpful in determining height location to mount the bracket on the wall. Liked that a lot.
