    you can use the screw on top of the bracket after it has been mounted to perform fine tune adjustments to level and even out your monitor after it's hung. If you plan to use this mount above the fireplace, I would recommend the elite version of it which the bracket is a lot longer to take into consideration the 24" stud spacing.
