Since it's behind the TV you don't have to worry about its placement with wall studs and positioning of TV in front of view area - meaning if the mount is off center on the wall it's OK because you can adjust the placement of the TV on the rack with no problem.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.you can use the screw on top of the bracket after it has been mounted to perform fine tune adjustments to level and even out your monitor after it's hung. If you plan to use this mount above the fireplace, I would recommend the elite version of it which the bracket is a lot longer to take into consideration the 24" stud spacing.
