Not enough movement

I specifically asked for a mount that would move and tilt! I will use it for now but will look at changing it out when I can. Not too happy with it.

The only problem is I had to went till it got here so I could know the specs on the hammer bit I needed to.(it comes with anchors for the brinks. It's been up a month and still shows like I just put it up day one so far so good.
