The adjustment feature makes it easy to level it out if it was not installed 100% level. Piece of cake to hang or remove the TV. Worked great on our patio and the 5" extension feature allowed the tv to fit right over existing outlet that is somewhat bulky.

Great low profile mount.

Love the adjustment screws on the top to level everything out. As in other reviews, I do wish they made the locking mechanism out of metal. I could see how those are easily broken. Overall excellent mount and my TV is super snug on the wall.
