The adjustment feature makes it easy to level it out if it was not installed 100% level. Piece of cake to hang or remove the TV. Worked great on our patio and the 5" extension feature allowed the tv to fit right over existing outlet that is somewhat bulky.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased the Sanus - Premium Series Advanced Tilt TV Wall Mount because it is vestal, allowing us to place our TV in an off center portion of the wall. The location was the only place the TV could be mounted in this room. The plus here is, not only does it extend 6" from the wall it swivels left and right providing a better angle for viewing.
