Try securing the tensions knobs on either arm of the mount. Also please give us a call direct for further instructions at 800-359-5520 so we can troubleshoot this matter.

The mount extends out a few inches so you can easily reach behind the TV to plug in extra cables as you need them. Strongly recommend this mount, worth the few extra bucks.

I have a 55" tv on it and it is well balanced and I have no doubt it will hold the tv.

I can eliminate window reflection any time of the day by tilting the 65" Samsung. Sanus does a great job of including virtually any hardware that you could need.
