    Sturdy mount. Agreed the pulling out does make it much easier to do cable mgmt., but, my only complaint is that it’s not a slim mount, makes my tv stick out of the wall more than I care for. If ur looking for slim, don’t get the extend feature. Otherwise it’s a real solid mount.
