    While customer service answers in a timely manner after 2 calls trying to mount a new TCL series 8 it was evident that a longer screw not included was required to attach the mounting bracket to the tv. I understand Sanus can't provide screws for every possible tv design but reading the online information it was explained that this model could indeed mount my tv so the expectation was set that this would be a smooth installation. That was not the case.
