Mounts great, pull straps stink

My only complaint to SANUS is they need to fix the pull down straps or make them easily replaceable. I've broken two because when you pull them down IN REAL LIFE you tend to do it from the side and it breaks them. The mounts great, Id give it 5 stars.. the straps are crap.. I give them a 0 star. Hence the 3 star ratting.
