I am sure that had it been needed this wall mount would have rated a 5 star score. Anything that I have bought from Best Buy and that was installed by their Geek Squad has functioned well. The "Break It Down" scores are based on assumptions.

Solid TV Mount - Easy to Install

This mount was easy to install on stud walls. The instructions were straight forward and the template was helpful. This is a flush mount which was ideal for our application. There are stand off grommets as an option if you wish an extra clearance from the wall (about 3/4 inch) to access connections. I chose the closer mounting.

Mounted a heavy tv from 2009 and it gave me all the adjusting i needed. So happy, i went back and bought a second one for my new tv
