I rate it 4 stars because the instructions werent clear enough and it took me a while to figure out how to mount it. Once i figured out how it worked then i loved it and was worth the struggle i had.

My biggest complaint is that the tv keeps slowly tilting upward. I just keep a small box behind it to stop it from moving up.
