      I'm sorry to hear this is not tilting enough to where you would like. You may want to try our premium full motion mount next time, as it offers up to 15 degrees of tilt versus 12. Please keep us in mind in the future as we are continuously updating our product based on user feedback.

    I didn't realize this only tilted vertically. I was outside the "two week return policy" so the store would not give me a store credit. I WAS going to but a more expensive model, partially using the credit, bit that wasn't acceptable. So I will eat the cost of something that was never opened (Although god knows what the clerk did to it when HE opened it, in between his little register dance. So say goodbye to a long term customer who stuck with BB during even the bad times and just recently bought two TV's. I will take my business to Amazon.

      Thanks for your feedback. Although this may have been a little out of your price range, you can rest assured that your TV will be safe. This is UL Listed, meaning it will withstand up to 4x the recommended weight limit.

    not adaptable for all stud spacing. would not work with 24" stud spacing, had to return.

    The Best Buy employee said this was the right wall mount for my Samsung 50" tv. It was NOT. We had to return it & get a different one.

    This did not work for my tv and it had missing parts. Ended up getting one from Home Depot that's better for half the price
