It's a simple fixed mount that feels very secure. I often tilt the TV up and down and never fear for it coming away from the wall or anything. Currently used to hold up a 42 inch LG LCD.

It was pretty straight forward but I have experience with DIY projects. I like that it can be mounted on a single stud and doesn't require two. I have it holding up a pretty old and heavy flat screen it it's sturdy. Good buy.
