The only issue I had would have been corrected from the start if I had thoroughly read the leveling instructions. But, alas, I overlooked that section and attempted the leveling process. Finally after loosening and tightening bolts several times, I went back to the instructions and -sure enough- there was the answer. So my advice? READ!

Where the TV is hung is a place you walk by and I was afraid someone could bump the TV and possibly make it fall. I felt very comfortable with this product and the Best Buy sales associate made the recommendation and showed me the one mounted in the store.

Good quality but didn't find it as easy to set-up.

The tv wall mount appears to be sturdy and appears to be made of good quality. It wasn't as easy to assemble and install on the wall as described on the packaging, but once mounted it works well allowing to tilt the screen downwards or upwards.
