The mount has certainly done it's job and I haven't had any problems with it since it's been mounted. That being said, I tried to install it with the drywall anchors that came with the kit and it tore pretty decent sized holes out of the dry wall. Ended up having to go to the hardware store and get some better ones. After that, no further problems.

I really like that I bought this product rather then a more expensive product. Because this one does the job that I need it to. I don't have use of those extra features so therefore it's the best fit for me. And it helps to know that I saved money buying this one instead of one higher in price

Easy installation - excellent for rooms with tight fit

Installation was easy the instructions were very specific and didn't leave one guessing which step was next. Holds up my 42" TV great with no problems. Would definitely recommend this wall mount to anyone. Packaging comes with different size bolts and screws to cover various TV sizes.

Just a basic tilting wall mount. It does its job at holding the TV on the wall.

My husband contacted customer service for the bolts to go into the concrete basement wall. They were super helpful and sent out the bolts free of charge - delivered right to our door!

This mount is awesome. It was recommended by the BB rep and I find it easy to mount and use - especially the "catch" that makes it easy to remove or replace the TV on the wall.. A real winner!

This was purchased for an office conference room to hold an LG 50 inch lcd TV for use as a presentation display and over the air broadcast receiver for college sports. It works as it should and is relatively strong and well made.

There were pieces missing when I opened the box. So i had to buy them

I had to call Sanus to clarify one item for installation - that wasn't so great but I then contacted Best Buy & Max was a huge help!! He even went so far as to pull one of their TVs off the wall just to double check he was giving me the correct information. Thank you for the Great Customer Service!

Wall mount was easy to install once I figured it out. Directions were not the greatest but after a few mistakes and an extra hole in wall,I was able to figure it out

This is a decent TV mount, nothing special, it does the job.

Overall this item was easy to purchase. Ordered it online and was shipped to my front door in three days. Easy to install, but needed a friend with smaller hands to reach behind the TV to adjust the bracket which was no big deal.

I bought this tilting wallmount to mount my 46" Samsung Tv above my fireplace. The set up was easy and straight forward following the included instructions. The product has been great and done everything I needed it to.

This wall mount is idealistic for flat screens placement. For a first timer its a lil tricky when it comes to assembly, but follow the provided instructions & with a little patience it all comes together in a flash.

Should have done the research on the mount like I did with the TV. Went to store, rep asked if I was going to mount the TV and was guided by the store rep. MISTAKE. Got home and found much cheaper and better mounts online. My lack of prep is Best Buys win
