There was not a lot of choice for this type of item. I thought most were overpriced. This unit was a good buy and works as it was described.

Product specs are wrong and box mislabel. Once it was installed tv wouldn't fit.

Mount works fine and holds the tv but you better level it right or your tv will tilt.

I did not purxhase this product. My card number has been compromise d!

This hanger is not one of the better I've purchased. It was for my office so I thought why purchase a more expensive model but I was a little disappointed still. It's made well but just not the best design.

This is a good product although I returned it because I wanted one that swiveled side to side. Best Buy was great during the return process.

I'm sure the product itself is fine but the brackets were not wide enough for my TV to hang on.

I have hung MANY wall mount TV's & rarely do I come across one that has all the features a good wall mount should have...this one does! The only thing I would add is that the screws that go thru the mount and into the TV were too long...I had to use the provided spacers to make up the distance (which added to how far it extends from the wall)...I would prefer they also provide shorter screws in the hardware pack.

This is a great wall mount for the price it comes with all the bolts necessary for mounting into different types of walls such as dry wall, and concrete also includes a handy stud finder which i'm really not sure how it actually finds studs as it is just a strong magnet but the stud finder also includes a few useful features like a level and stud probe which is a small nail attached to one end so that you may probe for studs.

Product appears to be well built and has sufficient features. However, the included parts packages are not well-marked for the various installation choices. The additional parts needed for the single stud mount are not included but the manual gives the part number and says to call customer service and they will send the needed part. I called and the agent was argumentative. He insisted that I must be installing in a different method than single stud. I thought I finally made him understand what I needed. He said he would send the parts right out. SIX days later the parts arrived. They duplicated parts already included in the box and were for installation in concrete. I called again on Monday. This time a different guy understood my need. He said I should just got to the hardware store and buy them or that I should just use the concrete lag bolts. I explained to him that the manual says the company would provide them. At last he agreed to send the parts. He said I would have them by the end of the week. I wrongly assumed that would be Thursday or Friday. The next Monday the correct parts finally arrived, not one set but four sets. Both times the parts came via UPS over a distance of only 500 miles. (Why does it take a week to fill a “customer waiting” order?) Now the installation. First, on a scale of 1-10 as being handy with tools and projects, I’m an 8, pretty handy. With so many types of TVs and mounting options, Sanus does offer a nice link on their Web site that tells how high the on the wall the mount should be installed. This is a real plus. I determined how high and where the stud is so I was ready. Sanus also provides a cardboard template for drilling the holes. It’s a good thing I placed the mount on the wall to double check the hole locations according to the template. The template holes were nearly an inch off from the actual mount so don’t even think about using it. Bottom line. Buy this only if you’re handy and are prepared to put up with a less than helpful customer serve dept.

It works, the lag bolts it came with seem a little excessive for my 48 Samsung, otherwise it was easy to install.

Easy to follow instructions and setup. Works really well for my Sony TVs.

This Sanus VMT5-B1 Premium Tilting TV wall mount was the perfect mounting bracket choice for my Sony Bravia 40" KDL040W600B TV. You do have to make sure the mount is the right one for the TV you have. Just take measurements on your TV and get advice from the service folks at Best Buy if you have any questions.
