The instructions were easy to follow and the equipment worked as advertised. The necessary parts were all included with the correct spacers and bolts for my Visio 65 4K TV. I liked that not only does the mount tilt the TV downward for viewing but that it's possible to tilt it upwards allowing for better access to the various power/HDMI/Audio connections on the back of My TV. The materials all seem to be strong and able to support larger/heavier TV's when properly mounted into studs. I did not use the included Stud Finder since I already have a good commercial quality stud finder available. Also, the mount has adjusting screws on the top of each attaching arm so you can fine tune the TV to be totally level (since it's almost impossible to drill the mounting holes and get the frame completely level especially using the very small/short level supplied in the box).

Love the bracket. It comes with a template which makes for a much simpler install.

I would buy this product again, because it is sturdy. One bit of warning however, the instructions are a little misleading and customer's service is lacking
