||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave this review 3 stars because I was very frustrated when I found out that the screws that came with it didn't work with the Samsung TV I purchased. I had to call Sanus customer service to find out what I was doing wrong. They were great and easy to work with. They told me the exact size screw I needed to get from a local hardware store....but wish I would have known that from the beginning. Once I did that, the mounting part was easy and it does the job great.
