    The weight of my TV doesn't give the tilt feature any adjust. It's always tilted down. Thumb screws don't hold the weight

    This is the fourth wall mount we have purchased for different TV's and gift for relative. The mounting plates need to be consistent so as to not have to drill new holes. It was difficult to install and we did have a missing bolt that, luckily enough, we were able to utilize one we had at home so as to not to have to go back to the store or call customer service to have one sent.

    I just didn't trust that my installation was secure so I was careful about letting go of the tv when hanging it.
