The closest I can get my TV to the wall is about 5 inches. I would have preferred it much flusher to the wall

I recently bought the Arc and I wanted to love this mount. Regardless how I tightened it or situated things-the Arc is crooked. I love my Beam mount, but this one is not equal. Maybe mine is defective, but still disappointed.
