    I received this mount as a gift. With that said, the manufacturer’s box it was shipped in was damaged. It was clear that it was intentionally shipped by Best Buy that way based on the repairs/tape used to seal the box prior to shipping. Upon opening it, there was no mounting hardware. Clearly Best Buy made no effort to inspect and insure all required hardware was included prior to shipping. This is unacceptable and shame on Best Buy and their employees for lack of quality control.

    I regret purchasing this mount. I highly recommend getting the original mount from the manufacturer. This mount isn’t the best for my 85” tv it’s crooked and doesn’t come with the proper hardware for Sonos arc sound bar so I wouldn’t recommend this if your using that model. It’s a waste of money you can’t use the motion portion because the way it’s mounted to the larger screen. I don’t recommend this mount
