Horrible best buy experience!!!!!

As of Christmas day it still has not been delivered. A shipping label was issued on dec 19th but to date UPS has not received the product. Spent 2 days via customer support text trying to resolve. Still no resolution.

Nightmarish way to spend my day

Things went poorly for me. By the time I installed it and uninstalled it because of problems I won't go into here, I learned that enough time had lapsed since I bought it that it was nolongers returnable, per store policy. No matter. In the end it gave me relief to throw this piece of junk into the trash can, except for the $130 for nothing part.

It pushed the soundbar too far out and had to replace it with a Sonos Arc soundbar mount. I could not return the piece since I didnt save the box and it was too late. My install got delayed due to delayed construction on my house and then my mom passed away. Would like to return as exception.

Not worth the effort to install

All you have to do is plug in your TVs model number and it will tell you what mounts compatible with your TV or just give us a shout at info@sanus.com and we'd be happy to help check for compatibility!

Does not work on a Samsung 85"
