It wasn’t difficult, just took the help of an extra person and having to completely take the mount and TV down, so it was more tedious and took longer than expected.

Two things that you need to know when buying this; you need to have a wall mount that comes off the wall pretty far to fit this in between the TV and wall mount and the support bracket that holds the soundbar up will sag over time. Its a nice seamless product but lacks some of the refined details for this price point.

We’re sorry to hear this didn’t fully meet your expectations. The mount is designed to work best with full-motion TV mounts that provide enough clearance between the TV and wall, so your note about spacing is helpful.

Additionally, it works with most mounts. However, in my opinion, it complements full motion and tilt mounts the most; no magger what direction you move the tv in, the soundbar follows!
