    Unlike the majority of all other reviews on this product...I have to go against the grain in my rating. Instruction manual in my opinion is very confusing. Assembly steps hard to follow. Called Sanus customer service on a Saturday and their representative was very unhelpful. Lots of dead silence on their end when I simply stated where I was in the assembly process. After about 5 minutes, We figured out what the issue was and I completed assembly and installation.
