It was on sale and I needed it so I suppose it was a good value. It would have been less expensive if I searched online. The install was simple and quick. Very easy for someone with some type of "handyman / handywoman" knowledge. I would recommend it.

Once I found the wall studs, the rest was simple. The instructions (which I actually followed) were clear and the illustrations were helpful. The hardware fit right on my 42 inch Insignia and the only thing I needed an extra hand with was removing the table stand from the TV and then lifting the TV onto the wall bracket.

I've used this mount for 42" to 52" TVs on brick, wood frame, and steel frame walls. The back plate is thick enough that it can be mounted on an uneven surface (e.g. stone fireplace) without fear of bending. The trick will all these mounts is to carefully consider where you wish the pivot point of the TV to be located (centered vertically if in doubt) and work out the resulting location of the wall mount. Be extra careful if you are mounting above a mantel or other projection from the wall surface - allow at least 2" from the bottom of the TV to the top of the mantel. Cord and power placement are also things to plan ahead for. Nothing like finding out that the back plate covers the wall outlet you were going to use for TV power. If the wall you are mounting to is hollow (inside wall, no plumbing, not insulated for sound deadening), consider cutting out a single-gang electrical box hole behind the TV to allow you to drop the wires down to your AV system, DVD player, and/or cable box.

Don't know what more you could expect from a mount. Set up was a breeze, seems to be very sturdy, no issues with screws or brackets not fitting. Tilt function is easy to set up, though we don't change the angle ever, just need it to point downward since it's above a fireplace. All around, great buy.

I bought two Sanus wallmounts and found them easy to install. I have a 52" and a 42" television and the mounts easily accommodated both of them. I would most highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to mount a flat screen television on a wall.

We got this for our new 46" Samsung TV and it is really easy to put on the fireplace and hang the TV on it. It took about 30 minutes because we had to mount it onto a brick fireplace.

The only shortcoming is that it is overpriced - after all, it's just a little bit of metal welded and bolted together. The good things about it are that it is easy to install and it is easy to attach the flat screen television to the bracket securely.

When I went to buy the TV, my wife told me to pay the extra money to have someone come in and hook it up right. The salesman told me he would take my money if I wanted him too, but that he didn't think I should be home when they came to do it because I would watch them and go "I paid $200 for them to do that?" He said this mount was so easy my three year old could put it up. He was right. My three year old helped. We got it out of the box and up on the wall in about 30 minutes with no experience whatsoever.

Good product, but I have a 130lb Plasma that is 5 yrs old that I think went beyond the limits of this mount. (although not technically) Good for normal weight TVs. Bottom line if you have a really heavy TV upgrade to the more expensive mount.

The television mount was easy to install. Four huge bolts screw into the wall stud. Centering the mount on the wall and installing on the television were the hardest parts. We like this television mount.

I'm impressed with how easy it was to put on the wall and mount the TV.

I'm not exactly a handy-man but I was able to put up this TV mount in about 40 minutes. Works great for our 39" LCD TV in our bedroom. Would recommend it to anyone.

Purchased both TV mount and speaker stands. All of these are easy to use and easy to set up. Would definitely recommend.

Nice product, easy install. Allows to less glare with the up and down tilt. Just a few degrees makes a big difference.

I had this installed by Geek Squad and it's a very sturdy mount. It took them about 40 min to get it in. It tilts my 55" LED LCD very easily and if you tilt the bottom out you can access the cables relativly easy. Make sure you compare this to RocketFish brand; both Sanus and RocketFish come from the same manufactor, it'll help you save money. A great mount and gives piece of mind that my TV won't fall.

I am a do it yourself guy and have hung a lot of TV's. I really like this mount for a number of reasons: 1 - one of the thinnest I have found 2 - leveling capability (independent height adjustment after mounting) 3 - I figured I could actually make use of the tilt this time I would buy another one for sure, but would caution you on two things: 1 - keep in mind that adjustability adds a level of complexity, not hard, but if you don't care, you may prefer not to have this 2 - the clips that lock it on the bottom rail are not easily accessible unless you have a lot of room to access from below - I do not so a different design would have suited me better.

Instructions were easy to follow and the mount was easy to install. The company's website is excellent for determining mount height and for installation help.

This was very easy to set up and actually only took 15 minutes most to mount. It does what it's supposed to and what else is there to say.

Easy to mount on your wall, has all the parts needed to attatch on your flat-screen TV. Can be moved if needed left or right while its on the mount.

Simple and easy to use/install. Only down side is once you mount the tv, it's a little hard to get behind the tv to plug/unplug more items.
