perfect for our 55 inch tv..went up quite easily....price not bad..best buy great to deal with and being a reward zone member really pays off

This is a great mount! If you take the extra time to make sure mounting bracket is fastened to wall studs i believe it would last forever.

The instructions on the back of the box are better than whats inside so get ready. I bought this to mount a 55" Sony Bravia which does not mount exactly in the middle. It included all possible offsets to accommodate cables but the instructions did not explain much so I was left to guess (trial and error) However after 2 calls to Sanus Customer Service (answered quickly and were generally helpful) I got it mounted up on the wall and it looks good and works great.

The TV was mounted at eye level and a lot of people have commented that it was a great idea to have the TV mounted on the wall.

If you need a wall mount for a 60" TV mounted above a fireplace, this will do nicely. No probems with installation at all.

If you are buying this for a Samsung slim LED TV, you will NEED to either use some "holder rings" that come with your TV *or* purchase different size screws. The screws included are either too short or too long for the Samsung. I had to contact customer service at Sanus to discover this after being extremely frustrated. They mentioned these "holder rings" that come with the TV and as long as you remember to use these, their hardware will work. Luckily they were quick to respond but I wish I would have known ahead of time as it would have saved HOURS of frustration. Also, the instructions in the box are poor, but you can go online to the Sanus website and they have a "height finder" that was very helpful. Lastly, as others have said, make sure you have your cables "dialed in" before you mount it because to make any changes after is difficult as it is so close to the wall.

Bought it at Best Buy and it more than meets the recommended criteria. It does the job intended and is easy to use.

This is a very solid piece. Here's the problem: I have a blue ray and home theater. Attaching the items to the back of the screen was done by the Geek Squad. After that I had to reconfigure when I added the home theater. I needed a mirror to see the back and know where to attach cables. Having a bracket that pulled out from the wall instead of just tilting would help.

This is a review of the mounting job done by the Geek Squad. Due to a mix-up, the Geek Squad and DirecTV installers arrived at the same time. I thought this would be a problem, but the two of them worked together so well, trading tips and installation accessories. The finished job was more professional than if they had worked separately. I suggest you coordinate these installs together for more customers. As for the mount, it works fine, with sufficient tilt for viewing angles.

After going out and buying another TV mount, only to find out that it wouldn't fit my older plasma television, I settled on this mount to put our tv over our fireplace. The TV is hung solidly and the tilt feature is great to angle the TV down toward the couch. It gives some space to plug things in while hung, but not too much so make sure that you have enough extra cable to plug everything in and then hang it. If you tilt the TV all the way up you can tidy up wiring so it is totally hidden behind the TV.

I was able to set this up by myself, and I was very pleased with it's durability and weight support.

This was well worth the money spent. Makes it easier to hook up additional pieces at later date

this unit is very easy to install but remember, it sits very close to the wall so you must have patience with the aspect of tightening the unit so the unit stays tilted. this is a very heavy duty unit and i would recommend this item because then you will have a unit that will hold your prize tv on the wall. you dont want to skimp on the tv mount because one day you might come home and find your tv on the floor. so spend the extra money on a item that will hold your tv securely.

I really enjoy this tilt wall mount. It really helps when there is a glare on the tv to just tilt it up or down.

The mount does exactly as it says it will and is so easy to install. Great product.

The mount was relatively easy to install. It has spacers to go in between the brackets and the TV so you can run wires behind the TV without pinching them. The brackets can slide horizontally on the wall mount giving you the ability to adjust/center the TV once it's on the wall. I am using it for a 60" plasma.

Love the space its give me in my den,gets my tv off the stand and on the wall.

basic, simple and cheap... does the job. not much else to say, it holds the tv
