    The Geek Squad attempted to install my television w/ this mount; however, the way the product is made and how the studs on my wall were laid out, the product would not have the television in the desired position; therefore, the product did not satisfy my needs...this is by no means a slam against the product.

    The articulating mount let's you adjust the tv to be viewed from any angle. It's the only way to mount a tv

    This was purchased for a 70" TV to install in a great room corner. However, it was never going to work for a corner, as it only rotates minimally. More a poor understanding of the equipment by the salesman, than a product deficiency. We ended up using it for our other 47" TV that was moved to another room.

    They could improve the leveling adjustments. It's a bit tricky to adjust the screw when the tv is on the mount.
