Not what I expected

Easy enough to mount, however when tv is pulled out & tv is turned, mount doesn't hold & tv goes back to almost normal position. Normally not a big deal, however, the swivel feature is why I purchased this one.

ok product but i like a swing arm better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i have purchased many swing arm tv mounts from best buy for my business. this last purchase is not a swing arm but rather has a mounting system that moves back and forth directly away from the wall. it is ok but I prefer the swing arm mounts; will not purchase another one of these.
