I bought my stereo at a different best buy and was misinformed. I thought it included hooking up my Sirius. The guys got the satellite connected and I was on my way.

I decided to try out Sirius XM. I couldn't be happier with this decision. Great programming, it may cut out for a split second when you pass under an overpass... DUH, you're getting a signal from a satellite, how cool is that?

The guys that did my install were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend the Mt Juliet TN staff for an install.

Technicians did a great install on my XM antenna; however, like most XM antennas I still get a dropped signal occasionally when I pass by a heavily wooded area.

Purchased some things for my car and had the techs at best buy install them. Very thorough on what was needed to get the install I wanted. Pleased that all the wires were hidden and everything cleaned up nice and neat.

The agent installed my aftermarket hed unit and sub box. Installation was clean, quick and visually appealing. All that I was hop8ng for. Agent answered all my questions.

system works fine. tech showed professionalism and technical knowledge. Also did a huge solid for noticing safety issue with the truck. excellent sounding system.

I would give the installation 5+ stars. I wish I could have had the installers impute before I made the purchase.. The Bay where the work was done was clean, well lit, perhaps a bit too hot but the service was excellent.

Had this and the stereo installed in my bass boat. Johnny did an excellent job. He took the time to make sure that everything came out perfect. Really appreciate the work he did.

He installed my satellite tuner and told me that he couldn't get any sound, but told me about a software update that was available. I took care of the upgrade and now have sound.

i would like to thank the man who installed my xm antenna. i feel he went above and beyond in helping me to find the appropriate antenna.. work was done efficiently - scheduled time was adhered to. great guy to have working for you!!

TJ did an OUTSTANDING JOB walking me through the process and ordering extra parts that were needed for the installation of my wife's Sirius XM receiver.

Pat the serviceman from south county is a real pro. I have had several items installed and he does a great job installing and hiding any wires doing his job. I cant say enough about his installs.

The technician lacked customer service skills because he was overwhelmed with the amount of work he had to do. So I will not knock points off that. Best buy needs to hire more technicians.

The install went quickly and it worked perfectly for a few weeks. The antenna needs to be looked into as it had issues after a few weeks, but the install went quickly and easily.
