My professional installation was just that very professional the employee knew what he was doing. After he finished he made sure I knew how to operate the radio before I left the store.

I am very pleased with the installation provided by the Best Buy staff. The system looks great and I appreciate the time the technician took to explain the system to me.

The guys at BestBuy installed my Sirius radio. The service was thoughtful and quick. I was impressed by what they did to run the wires inside and outside of my car.

Geek squad apparently knows the in's and outs of quick and accurate installation. No problems with the unit after job completion.

I really like my XM Radio. Can't live without it. I've had XM Radio since 2004.

Installation was clean and and speedy. Some items I purchased were not needed and refunded.

Agent had an attitude problem when I asked him to not install a part correctly than he would not return calls but did return emails

Like I said earlier, the only problem has been with some cabling that is visible from the exterior. Will have to make an appt. to get it taken care of.

They told me they were able to reuse the shark fin antenna for my SirusXM. after install I notice another antenna next to it.

This is our second time using Geek Squad to install radio equipment. They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and most of all it is done right and looks great.
